3 Mobile Homes Destroyed, 9 people Displaced in Newport Beach Fire

Newport Beach, Calif.—A fire destroyed three mobile homes and damaged three others Wednesday in Newport Beach, but no one was hurt.

The blaze broke out about 10 a.m. at the Beach/Bay Mobile Home Port at 7204 West Coast Highway, said city spokesman John Pope.
