Three Girl Scouts and an adult were killed while picking up trash in Wisconsin in what authorities described as an alleged hit-and-run on Nov. 3.

Authorities said the driver, 21-year-old Colton Treu, allegedly stuck the three scouts and the adult supervisor on a highway near Lake Hallie, WAOW-TV reported. A fourth Girl Scout was hospitalized and is in critical condition.
