MIDDLETOWN, N.Y.–Local police have seized a shipment of 2,761 pounds of illicit vape products linked to distribution company Demand Vape, which officials allege has been illegally shipping vape products throughout the state.
New York Gov. Kathy Hochul said on March 19 that a shipment of two pallets and more than 60 boxes of illicit vape products were seized by the Town of Montgomery Police Department with help from the Orange County Department of Health.
