LOS ANGELES—Los Angeles Police Department Chief Michel Moore will join with homicide investigators and victims’ family members Sept. 14 to ask for the public’s help in solving the killing of two 17-year-old boys in a shooting at a street carnival in Lincoln Heights.
Investigators are seeking witnesses to the shooting that occurred around 9 p.m. Sept. 11 at Broadway and Workman Street.
