2 Men Strangulate German Shepherd With a Belt for Biting Child’s Ear

Two men were arrested and charged on May 31 with felony animal cruelty for repeatedly strangulating and killing a German Shepherd pet dog in Yancey County, North Carolina.

The Yancey County sheriff said Dallas Blevins, 27, and Austin Elkins, 21, killed their pet dog after it bit Belvin’s daughter’s ear, reported ABC6.
