Project architect is Richmond Architects Ltd. and collaborative design consultant is Zeidler Partnership Architects. Residents will enjoy an indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, men’s and women’s change rooms, exercise, spa, and massage rooms. Two outdoor terraces, a theatre room, dining room, party room, and billiards room will encourage socializing among friends and neighbours. A guest suite will be available to accommodate overnight visitors.
Suites are available in a wide variety of plans, including one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom with den and three-bedroom configurations, ranging from 540 to 926 square feet and prices starting from $506,900.
Suite features include 9-foot ceilings, laminate and tile flooring, designer kitchens with choice of quartz or granite countertops and undermount sinks. A stainless-steel appliance package includes full-size fridge and stove.
