The world’s most expensive apartment address was announced on Thursday in London’s One Hyde Park residential complex, where apartment prices range from $8 million to $220 million.

Located next to the world-famous London Hyde Park, brothers Nicholas and Christian Candy are the developers behind the new property.

Nicholas Candy of Candy & Candy said: “This extraordinary project will make a major contribution to this prime central London location. We are delighted to have the opportunity to play a part in the development of one of the best, if not the best, residential buildings in the world.”

The features of the development include a 999-year lease, 85 affluent neighbors, bulletproof windows, a $30-million swimming pool and sauna complex, an exclusive private cinema, and 60 Mandarin Oriental Hotel butlers and valets who will be at the ready 24 hours a day to maintain the luxurious experience.

Currently, 30 units remain unsold, according to Sky News.
