UK Labour Deputy Apologises for Attack on Senior Tories

The deputy  leader of the British Labour party, Angela Rayner, has apologised for branding senior Tories “scum”.

The comments, at a reception at Labour’s conference in September, drew condemnation from senior Conservatives.
