Trey Radel, a Republican Congressman from Florida, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine.

Radel was arrested on Oct. 29 in the District of Columbia, reported Politico on Tuesday, citing D.C. Superior Court documents. He was charged on Tuesday.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.

Radel faces up to 180 days in jail, and a fine up to $1,000.
