In a recently posted movie trailer for the Japanese audience, star of the film “Transformers: Age of Extinction” names the film something the English-speaking fans might not have heard before.

Actor Mark Wahlberg introduces the film before the trailer.

“Hello Japan, Mark Wahlberg here. Go check out my latest film ‘Transformers: Lost Age!’ It has tons of action, some new characters, and its full of effects that you’ve never seen before. It opens in Japan in August. Don’t miss it!” Wahlberg says in the intro.

Since there was no official renaming of the film, it can only be assumed that this is the best sounding title for the Japanese audience. Although it’s no news that movie titles can get changed post-production. Take for example the recent name change of the third Hobbit film.

The sci-fi action film will be coming out in theaters in June 27, 2014.
