Town of Wallkill to Remember 9/11 with Ceremony

The Town of Wallkill is scheduled to hold a Patriot Day Remembrance Ceremony and Tribute on Sept. 11 at 6:00 p.m. The ceremony is set to take place at the Town of Wallkill Memorial Park on the Highland Avenue Extension near Maddy’s Diner. The remembrance ceremony will be accompanied by a reading of the names of those who died in the attacks. American Legion Post 1181 is also scheduled to perform military honors to mark the day.
