Tony Benn is in the hospital after feeling unwell.
Benn, a former Labour MP, “was taken into hospital on Wednesday afternoon on the advice of his GP after feeling unwell,” a family spokesman told BBC.
“He is resting comfortably.”
Benn, 88, was a Labour MP for 50 years.
Members of the Benn family are “popping in and out” to see Tony.
Benn’s wife Caroline died of cancer in 2000.
