A gang robbed three banks in southern Florida’s St. Lucie County at the same time on Monday, leading to the arrest of five suspects, local media reported.

Two of the robberies took place in Port St. Lucie while the other was in Fort Pierce, Sheriff Ken Mascara told TCPalm.com.

A PNC Bank in Port St. Lucie and a SunTrust bank in Fort Pierce were among those robbed, reported WPTV.

A witness told WFLX-TV that she saw a white van pull up to the PNC Bank, and three men ran in. She saw one of the men leave but did not see where the others went.

WPTV reported that a white four-door car crashed into a ditch near Aster Road. There appears to be a bullet hole in the driver-side window.

Mascara told the station that no one was shot in the incident.
