The 30th annual Indian Day Parade will feature eight hours of nonstop entertainment on Aug. 15 on Madison Avenue between East 41st Street and East 27th Street in commemoration of the country’s independence from British rule in 1947. Last year, over 122,000 people participated in the parade in New York.
