A Walk Through Redwood Trees

This monthly adventure is a 1.5-mile hike through Brea’s Redwood Grove trail with plenty of shade and over 200 trees. Participants are encouraged to bring sunscreen, a hat, and water.

Drop-In Valentines in Orange

Kids ages 3 to 12 are invited to the El Modena Branch Library in Orange where they can craft their own valentine for someone special. This event runs all day through Feb. 14.

Intro to Polo

This course offers a two-hour introduction to the sport of polo. No experience needed. Participants will learn basic swing techniques, game strategy, and how to hit the ball while mounted on horseback.

Free Retirement Masterclass

In this class, attendees will learn updated retirement strategies to come up with good financial plans in the face of rising taxes and Social Security taxation, and to avoid common mistakes that increase the risks of running out of money.

French Park Historic Architecture Tour

Come learn the history of French Park in Santa Ana, a residential community designated as a historic district. The neighborhood offers a unique look at street patterns and architecture dating back to the late 19th century. Participants will also learn the early history of Santa Ana and Orange County. Children 13 and under may attend free of charge if accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.

Classical and Contemporary Concert

In the “Flashes and Shadows’' concert, classically trained composers will perform music from a variety of genres featuring the violin, piano, saxophone, and voice. This is a collaboration of young composers and musicians performing music from Bach, Rachmaninoff, Kreisler, Prokofiev, and Schnittke, as well as their own compositions.

Repticon at OC Fair

See live reptiles and other animals from around the world, and purchase pets and pet products from experts at discounted rates, all while learning about reptiles and exotic animals. This reptile and exotic animal expo is open to families with kids of all ages.
