We all see the television ads from honorable charitable organizations asking for an $11 or $19 a month contribution. It’s time the billionaires like Michael Bloomberg and Reid Hoffman, who were able to drop $100 million-plus in Florida, Texas, and other states during the election, get a bigger bang for their buck by funding a $1 million donation or two to charities such as WoundedWarriorsProject.org, St. Jude Children Research Hospital, and Tunnel2Towers.org.
