Hammer Back at the Mic

It’s been almost twenty years since the release of “Please Hammer, Don’t Hurt ’Em,” the album that made M. C. Hammer a pop culture icon and brought the world hits like “U Can’t Touch This.” During the past two decades, the rapper/dancer has also taken on the roles of CEO, preacher, father, and reality star. Coming full-circle, the artist finds himself back in the studio working on the “companion” album to his multi-platinum success, which will be dubbed, “Don’t Hurt ’Em.” The new album—scheduled to be released next year—is said to echo the flavor of his famous hit songs, but with an updated sound.

Alyssa Milano Weds

Actress Alyssa Milano married Hollywood agent David Bugliari on Saturday at his family’s estate in New Jersey. The ceremony was followed by a casual reception designed by event planner Colin Cowie, in which dinner was served family-style. “My Italian family still eats Sunday dinner together every week. We wanted to capture the same feeling with people passing around beautiful bowls of food and talking and laughing,” the actress told People Magazine.
