[etssp 45]Renowned architect IM Pei and his son L.C. (Sandi), designed The Centurion together in IM Pei's first residential building. All four sides of The Centurion's facade are clad in French Chamesson limestone from the Burgandy region.

The Centurion has 48 condos ranging from one-to-four bedrooms. The prices range from $2.37 million for a one bedroom condo, through to almost $14.5 million for a four bedroom penthouse. The spring sales event was held May 25.
