At least two people were killed in a small plane crash in central Texas.

NBC DFW reported that the plane went down in Ellis County, located some 40 miles south of Dallas.

It reported that the crash took place near the Navarro County line.

The names of the victims were not released.

There has been no details on why the plane crashed.
