A Texas man was shot in the head as his friends played with a loaded gun in a car. And the shot was captured on video since the group was broadcasting on Facebook Live.

Devyn Holmes, 26, is on life support after the Easter Sunday shooting, reported KHOU.

Holmes was in a car with a woman and another man early Sunday around 2 a.m. in Houston.

The group was playing with guns, which was causing Holmes some anxiety.

“You’re making me nervous,” he said.

“It ain’t got no clip, bud,” the man in the backseat can be heard saying.

Just seconds later, the woman’s gun goes off and hits Holmes in the head.

Note: The edited video does not include the moment Holmes was shot.
She was later identified as Cassandra Damper.
She and the other man quickly exited the vehicle and police officers arrived about five minutes later, reported ABC 13. The trio was in a parking lot of a Valero gas station at Almeda Road and Southmore Boulevard.

Family members of Holmes are asking for prayer.

“To me, he’s my backbone,” said Kendric Holmes, Devyn’s brother. “To his whole family, whenever problems go down, he'll be right there to pick us all up.”

Holmes has not be charged with a crime other than tampering with evidence after officers said she tried to wipe off her hands before being tested for gunpowder residue. The other man in the car has not been charged.

The case will be referred to a grand jury, which may decide to charge Holmes and the man.
