Baylor University in Waco, Texas, announced that Judge Ken Starr will become the 14th president of the school.
Starr, a native of Texas, is currently the dean of the Pepperdine University School of Law in California.
Starr was much in the public eye when he led the Whitewater investigation during the Clinton presidency. He led five investigations as an Independent Counsel between 1994 and 1999.
