Teresa Giudice and husband Joe Giudice posted photos of themselves at the beach on Instagram and Twitter, just a few days after the couple was charged with fraud and making bail. The two, whose net worth is around $11 million, were also spotted with their daughters for the first time since charges were filed.
The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars were charged July 29 with conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, bankruptcy fraud, bank fraud, and they were charged with making false statements on loan applications.
The Giudices posted a photo of themselves at a beach in the Hamptons in New York, according to E! News. “Me and my Honey...” Teresa wrote in the Instagram photo.
She also posted a photo of daughter “Audriana ready to go surfing.”
The two were released on bail after making a court appearance on July 30, reported The Associated Press.
Joe Giudace was also charged with failing to file tax returns between 2004 and 2008.
“The investigation went on for a pretty long time and we are confident we have enough evidence to convict the defendants beyond a reasonable doubt,” U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman said last week.
The arraignment for the two is slated for Aug. 14, and both plan to plead not guilty.
