A 5-year-old child fired off a gun in the cafeteria of Westside Elementary School in Frayser, Tennessee, on Thursday, it was reported.
There were no injuries in the incident, said WMC-TV.
Police took the child, who was not named, into custody.
It is unclear where the child got the gun.
