Temple University: Professor Robbed in Anderson Hall, Police Investigating

A professor at Temple University in Philadelphia was assaulted and robbed on Tuesday in Anderson Hall, police said.

University police are investigating the situation, which happened at 11:55 a.m. today, a university alert said.

The hall is located off of 12th Street and Montgomery Avenue.

The suspect is a 6-foot tall Black man, wearing tan colored pants and shirt.

Students were confused.

One said on Twitter: “But why was there a faculty member assaulted and robbed at 11:55am on a Tuesday in one of the busiest buildings here at Temple University.”
