Only one match was played in Round 9 of the Hong Kong Cricket Association Sunday League Championship last weekend Nov 18. The other two matches take place next weekend Sunday Nov 25.
KCC Infidels lost the toss and fielded first against their fellow club team KCC Templars, but dismissed KCC Templars for a manageable total.

Templars’ openers, J.P. Lamsam and W. Barkat put on a fine 86 run opening stand before both of them were out in quick succession. J.J. Atkinson scored another good innings of 44 but wickets fell quickly at the other end. Two run-outs (K. Shah and G.M. Iqbal) did not help matters for the batting side and they were dismissed for a total of 177 off 45.4 overs.

KCC Infidels made a good effort and were up with the clock with the score at 158 in 47.2 overs, but at that stage their last batsman was dismissed. Wicket keeper Atkinson had taken two catches and made two stumpings to help KCC Templars win the game by 19 runs
