Temecula: Hot Air Balloon Explosion Injures 4 in California

A hot air balloon explosion injured four people who were on board in Temecula, located in Riverside County, Calif.

The Riverside County Fire Department said that four of the five occupants in the balloon were injured, KPCC radio reported.

Two people were badly injured and were taken to trauma centers. Another person was taken to a burn center. The fourth person was taken to a hospital.

The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the matter.

The balloon carashed at Vino Way and Calle Cabernet.
