An 18-year-old Tennessee man has been charged with vehicular homicide after evading police and getting into a single-vehicle crash, leaving three dead.

Lucas Riddle was speeding and refused to stop for a Greeneville police officer’s flashing lights before losing control and slamming into a tree on Old Tusculum Road.

Three passengers, identified by WCYB as Aaron Overbay, 38, Crystal Manis, 31, and Jerrod Wardrip, age unknown—died at the scene of the Sunday night wreck.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol told the Greeneville Sun that no one in the 2004 Honda UEX was wearing a seatbelt.
