Talisay City in Cebu Province in the Philippines was flooded by the Mananga River after Tyhpoon Hainan.
A number of Twitter users posted photos of the overflowing river.
According to Rappler on Friday, Typhoon Hainan weakened as it left the Philippines.
The eye of the storm is located about 30 kilometers from Coron, Palawan.
