Cesar Chavez was a champion for agricultural workers’ rights, who went on a water only fast in the middle of a national grape boycott. The producers of this video, Take Part TV, are seeking to honor his legacy on March 31 as Cesar Chavez Day, and are also calling the President to declare March 31 the Cesar Chavez National Day of Service.
