Two suspects were arrested early on Sunday in connection with the string of shootings in Tusla, Okla., that left three people dead and two wounded, it was reported.

Jake England, 19, and Alvin Watts, 32, were arrested just two days after the victims were discovered, reported the Tulsa World newspaper. The shootings were apparently random and targeted black residents.

“Our sympathy goes out to the families of the victims, and we hope that our efforts can bring some resolution and closure to these heinous acts,” the Tulsa Police Department said in a release obtained by the newspaper.

The suspects, who are both white, were arrested at a home north of Tusla at 1:47 a.m. on Sunday, the newspaper said.

“There’s obviously still a lot of investigation (ahead),” police spokesperson Jason Willingham told AP. “We don’t have a motive at this time. We are still asking questions and hopefully that will become clear in coming days.”
