Stevie Johnson, the wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills, injured his hamstring during practice on Friday, it was reported.

Johnson was taking part in the team’s training camp when the injury occurred.

According to USA Today, Johnson grabbed his left hamstring as he went down to the ground.

He had to be taken off the field with the aid of trainers.

Johnson is the No. 1 wide receiver for the Bills, with 1,046 receiving yards last season.

Bills coach Doug Marrone tweeted: “We'll see what the doctors say” in regards to the concern over the injury.
