Steam, the gaming service, was apparently down for many people on Thursday, March 13, 2014.
The service went down on Thursday afternoon, with reports coming in after 4 p.m. ET.
The website wasn’t down for everyone, however.
Valve has not provided a reason for the downtime but it was reported that the company is working on a fix.
Users were saying the client “could not connect to the Steam network.”
Another message reads, “It appears that you are not currently connected to the Internet, or that you Internet connection is not configured correctly for Steam.”
