About a dozen students at Spruce Creek High School in Florida were hospitalized after they apparently ate drug-laced brownies.

According to WKMG-TV, the students were taken to the hospital on Monday morning.

Meanwhile, WESH-TV said that one suspect was taken into custody.

The station said “hash-oil brownies” were what caused the students to be taken to the hospital.

According to WESH:

Several students went home with their parents, but the student who allegedly brought the batch of brownies to school was taken into custody.

School officials said the suspect, who is in the 10th grade, is cooperating with deputies and will be disciplined by the school district.

Investigators are working to determine if any other students may have been affected by the brownies.
