USC’s Bush Reinstated as 2005 Heisman Trophy Winner as Organizers Cite NIL Rule Changes

LOS ANGELES—Reggie Bush has his Heisman back.

The Heisman Trust on Wednesday reinstated the former University of Southern California tailback as the 2005 Heisman Trophy winner, citing fundamental changes in the structure of college athletics during the 14 years since Mr. Bush forfeited the trophy and the honor.
