Amid the fanfare of winning an NBA championship on Sunday, Oklahoma City Thunder star guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander couldn’t forget the moment in the first quarter that changed everything.

Indiana Pacers star guard Tyrese Haliburton went down with an injury, which ESPN’s Shams Charania reported as a torn Achilles on Monday. Haliburton could miss all or most of next season, and without him, the Pacers couldn’t salvage Game 7 of the NBA Finals on Sunday, losing 103–91 in Oklahoma City.
