BALTIMORE—Heston Kjerstad and Adley Rutschman homered, the Baltimore defense pulled off five double plays, and the Orioles rallied from an early three-run deficit to beat the Toronto Blue Jays 5–4 on Saturday.

Cedric Mullins gave the Orioles a 5–3 lead in the sixth with a two-run double, and Baltimore held on from there.
