TUSCALOOSA, Ala.—Jalen Milroe lowered his shoulder and knocked down an LSU defensive back.

Ultimately, Milroe and No. 8 Alabama did the same thing to the 13th-ranked Tigers, muscling through the latest challenge standing in their way.
