Sixth seeded American, Jessica Pegula, took down Jessica Bouzas Maneiro of Spain 6–3, 6–3 on Saturday to advance to the fourth round at the U.S. Open in New York City.
Pegula needed just 70 minutes to get past the Spaniard, who hit five winners compared to 29 unforced errors.
