Milwaukee Bucks center Giannis Antetokounmpo sustained a calf injury on Wednesday night against the Detroit Pistons, which only adds to the star’s uncertain future.

Trade speculation has ramped up for Antetokounmpo of late with the Bucks’ 10–13 start, but his calf strain could impact things going forward. He will miss 2-4 weeks according to sources, which ESPN’s Shams Charania reported on Thursday.
