AUGUSTA, Ga.—Bryson DeChambeau birdied five of six holes during a stretch on the back nine to take the lead at the weather-delayed first round of the Masters on Thursday.

DeChambeau shot 7-under-par 65 for his lowest score at Augusta National Golf Club. He’s one stroke in front of 2022 Masters champion Scottie Scheffler.
