OAKLAND, Calif.—Abraham Toro hit a go-ahead, two-run single in a six-run sixth inning, and the Oakland Athletics rallied from five runs down to beat the Washington Nationals 7–6 on Sunday to win three consecutive series for the first time since 2021.

Oakland took two of three for the third straight series after going 4–2 on a trip to Detroit and Texas. The A’s are 6–3 following a 1–6 start. They had not won three consecutive series since winning five in a row from May 31 to June 16, 2021.
