ANAHEIM, Calif.—Yordan Alvarez continued his hot streak with three more hits, including a two-run homer, Hunter Brown tossed six shutout innings and the Houston Astros defeated the Los Angeles Angels 6–1 on Saturday night, June 8.

Nolan Schanuel drove in the Angels’ lone run with a solo shot to right-center in the seventh, the second time in three games the first baseman has homered.
