Fans of the animated character Sponge Bob Squarepants are set to get another free online video game accompanying the latest episode “Last Stand,” but this time the game has an environmental theme in recognition of Earth Day.
The makers of Sponge Bob Square Pants, Nickelodeon, have been releasing online video games that can be accessed through Nickelodeon’s official website at www.Nick.com or directly at www.SpongeBob.com/laststand. The latest addition titled “Last Stand” has a theme based on Earth Day along with the plot of the new episode.
The new episode “Last Stand” will premiere on Earth Day on April 22 at 8 pm EST.
Nickelodeon has posted a new trailer for the episode along with some songs to keep anticipating fans in wait until Earth Day.
