Madonna is never one to mince her words, but when she was in the company of President Barack Obama—she had none.

Madonna was speechless in her first ever meeting with the commander-in-chief. The pair were in New York City on Wednesday, June 8, to tape an appearance for Thursday’s upcoming episode of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

“For once I’m speechless………..President Obama,” she captioned the photo uploaded onto her Instagram page.

The 57-year-old was lucky enough to take an additional photo with the President—this time with Obama’s arm draped over the “Like a Virgin” singer’s shoulder.

“A meeting of the Leo’s! A Cosmic Convergence!! 2 ❤ #rebelhearts,” she wrote to her 10 million plus followers.

Madonna has publicly expressed her fandom for President Obama, referring to him as the person she’d like to most meet.

The person I most want to meet is President Obama. When the [expletive] am I going to meet him? He just needs to invite me to the White House already. He probably thinks I’m too shocking to be there,” she said in an interview with Us Weekly in March of last year. “I’m serious. If I was a little bit more demure…or if I was just married to Jay Z. Hey, if Jay would only take me as his second wife, then I’d score an invitation.”

Speaking of Jay Z and wife, Beyonce—the pair were invited to the White House annual Easter Egg Roll earlier this year and have harvested a fairly close relationship with the First family.

In an interview with Gayle King during Super Bowl 50, Michelle Obama gushed over Beyonce. “I care deeply about the halftime show. I got dressed for the halftime show. I hope Beyonce likes what I have on,” said Michelle Obama on CBS with King.

President Obama has claimed to enjoy the Brooklyn rapper’s music, even having some tunes on his iPod.
