A Southwest Airlines flight made an emergency landing at the San Jose airport on Wednesday, according to preliminary reports.

ABC-7 said via its Twitter feed that “San Jose Airport officials say Southwest Flight  ... from Denver making emergency landing now.”

It added that the plane’s “pilot reported a blown tire.”

KRON-TV said that “Southwest Flight 1030 (not 130 as we originally stated) has landed safely at SJC,” the San Jose International Airport.

The station said there were 148 people on board the aircraft.

The reports come just two days after an American Airlines flight suffered blown tires at Chicago’s O'Hare airport.

Story is developing; check back for updates.
