A talented 12-year-old dancer wowed the judges on the June 6 episode of “So You Think You Can Dance: The Next Generation” with an energetic routine to Beyonce’s single “Countdown.”
Tahani Anderson’s routine of acrobatic flips and twirls earned a standing ovation from judges Paula Abdul, Nigel Lythgoe and singer Jason Derulo and a coveted ticket to the Academy.
An overly excited Anderson made her way to the judges table to thank them with hugs.
After Abdul hugged Anderson, the dancer vomited on the former Los Angeles Laker girl.
“It’s okay, honey—it’s okay,” Abdul reassured an apologetic Anderson.
Abdul added, “I’ve never had anyone just vomit on me like that.”
When asked about what happened on stage, Anderson chalked it up to happiness.
