The bodies of 7 CIA agents who were killed in an attack in Afghanistan were returned to the U.S. on Monday. The return of the bodies via plane at Dover Air Force Base Mortuary Operations Center was closed to the public and media.

According to ABC News, CIA spokesman George Little said that CIA Director Leon Panetta and other agency and national security officials were present for the return of the bodies.

The suicide bomber attack on a U.S. military forward operating base was one of the most devastating losses in CIA history.
