GREENACRES, Fla.—Authorities say two men are dead after their car crashed into an apartment in Florida.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release that deputies are investigating reports of gunfire in the area before the Wednesday morning crash to help determine whether the victims were shot before the crash.
Officials said no one was injured at the Palo Verde Apartments in Greenacres. Officials evacuated other residents in the building after the crash.
Neighbors told news outlets they heard a loud boom before the crash, which occurred just after 3 a.m.
Greenacres is near West Palm Beach.
