Editor’s note: The Epoch Times here publishes direct translations of statements made by Chinese people in renouncing the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its subordinate organizations. Statements such as these are submitted to a website affiliate of the Chinese version of The Epoch Times, Dajiyuan. The movement to renounce, withdraw from, or quit the CCP, is called “Tuidang” in Chinese. It began in late 2004, soon after The Epoch Times published the “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party,” an editorial series that explores the nature and history of the CCP. The statements offer a rare and candid glimpse of history in the making: the Chinese people turning their backs on the Communist Party, choosing conscience over pragmatism, and peacefully ushering in a future China, free of Party rule.
The following is a selection of edited Tuidang (“quitting the Party”) statements made by Chinese nationals during late December 2011.
We quit the Chinese Communist Party, CCP Youth League and Young Pioneers
We three now solemnly announce on your website that Ding Haitao has withdrawn from the Young Pioneers and the Communist Youth League; Ding Qinpei has withdrawn from the Young Pioneers, the Communist Youth League and the Communist Party; Ding Dan has withdrawn from the Young Pioneers, the Communist Youth League and the Communist Party.

Quit all evil Chinese Communist Party organizations
In today’s China, social morality is collapsing. Almost all the food and drink sold to people is toxic and poisonous. When they see someone hurt or dying, most people walk away. Furthermore, the Communist Party bandits are savagely exploiting and oppressing people so that China is no longer an environment fit for human beings to live in. Now I understand the truth behind the regime’s lies. I heard about The Three Withdrawals. I know that all of this misery is caused by the evil communist cult. Today, we denounce the evil Chinese Communist Party, quit the CCP’s Young Pioneers and all other related organizations. We clean off the mark branded by the evil beast of communism, stay away from the evil and choose a beautiful future for ourselves!

Announcement of Quitting CCP’s Youth League and Young Pioneers
Three generations of my family have been persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party. Heavenly principles will not tolerate it if the CCP is not eliminated. Now I announce that I have withdrawn from CCP’s Youth League and Young Pioneers. We hope all Chinese people can realize and recognize the evil nature of the CCP and abandon it as early as possible.

Quit the Evil Organization
I dislike the Chinese Communist Party very much, especially after I read the Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party. I now understand the heavy burden the CCP has imposed on Chinese people. They control all social strata in China. People have to pay for all CCP’s expenses and it’s officials are extremely corrupt and greedy. Over 108 million people have denounced the CCP. We wish to withdraw from the regime, thoroughly cut off any connection with the evil CCP and its organizations: Ben quits Chinese Communist Party, CCP’s Youth League and Young Pioneers; Anna quits the CCP’s Young Pioneers Team; Sinny quits the CCP’s Young Pioneers.
