San Francisco police are responding to a shooting at Chestnut and Steiner streets in the Marina District on Sunday.
KTVU-TV reported that police were responding at around 1 p.m.
The station reported that an officer was involved in the shooting.
The shooting took place at Capra and Mallorca ways, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.
According to reports, the shooter came out of a business with a revolver pistol and two police officers fired at him.
The suspect was reported to be in serious condition.
